How long will my UrbanStems bouquet last?
Most of our arrangements stay fresh for 5-7 days. To maximize their lifespan, we recommend trimming the stems at a 45-degree angle and changing the water every other day.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery in select major metropolitan areas for orders placed before 11:00 AM local time. For all other locations, next-day delivery is available nationwide.
What happens if my flowers arrive damaged?
We take great pride in our quality. If your stems arrive in less-than-perfect condition, please send a photo to our support team within 48 hours, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a custom note which we will print on a high-quality card and tuck inside the box.
Are the vases included with the flower arrangements?
While some of our signature sets come with a vase, most bouquets are sold as standalone stems. You can easily add a curated vase to your order from the product page.
How are the flowers packaged for shipping?
Our flowers are shipped in specially designed, eco-friendly boxes with hydration packs to ensure they stay cool and hydrated during their journey to your doorstep.
